Perfectly positioned in Camps Bay Village, footsteps from the famous, palm-lined Camps Bay Beach, surrounded by magnificent views of Table mountain, Lion's Head and the 12 Apostles mountain range.
Stroll to pavement cafes, restaurants, shops along the beachfront, the park, basketball, squash, tennis, padle tennis courts, soccer field, library and theatre. The My Citi Bus and Red Sightseeing Bus stops are a short walk away.
Accommodation consists of a coastal garden with direct secure off-street parking. The garden flows directly to the open plan living, dining, kitchen and guest bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, a separate luxury bathroom with a bath, opening onto a terrace and a sundeck through double shuttered French doors.
Creatively appointed, facilities include free fast fiber Wi Fi, lights with full power back up, under-floor heating, heated towel rails, hairdryer, safe, Satellite TV, a DVD player, a family fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, a gas burner, washing machine and ironing facilities. A barbeque, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and towels are provided in summer. Fully serviced once weekly.
